Well, one herb anyway. After doing some fall yard cleanup this morning, I cut some sage for drying. Stuffing for Thanksgiving, soups, stews – we do use quite a bit of sage, but this might be a tad excessive.
Got out my “drying string” and hung it across the window opening above the kitchen sink (window looks out into family room and dining room). Uh oh, I’ve run out of space on the string and still have quite a bit of sage left on the counter.
